We use artificial intelligence and automated processes to extract and analyze data from publicly available FDDs.

In no event shall Quartal's total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount you paid to use the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is less.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, data compilations, and software, are owned by Quartal and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Franchise Disclosure Documents are created and owned by their respective franchisors. Our extraction and analysis of this public information constitutes fair use for educational purposes.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.
You may not:
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without written permission
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense access to the Service or its data
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract our proprietary algorithms

• Franchisors update FDDs annually; our data may lag behind actual filings
• We make no guarantee that our database is complete or up-to-date
You must verify all information independently by:
• Requesting current FDDs directly from franchisors
• Conducting independent research and due diligence
• Consulting with professionals before making decisions
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without notice.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. Material changes will be posted with an updated "Last Updated" date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules, except where prohibited by law.
You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive the right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
